Gram Fit is developed and operated by NIKO LABS PTE LTD ("we," "us," "our"). This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing refunds, cancellations, and payment-related matters for subscriptions and purchases made through the Gram Fit application and website.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all users of the Gram Fit application, regardless of location. Additional rights may apply to residents of specific jurisdictions, as outlined in Section 9.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains how our subscription and refund process works, and what happens when you decide to cancel your subscription. We encourage you to read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING
In Short: We offer multiple subscription tiers at different price points. All pricing is clearly displayed before purchase.
1.1 Available Plans
Gram Fit offers several subscription plans, which may include:
- Basic Plan: Access to core fitness tracking features
- Premium Plan: Enhanced features including personalized coaching and advanced analytics
- Premium Plus Plan: Full access to all current and future features
Pricing, features, and plan availability may change at any time. We will notify you of material changes to your plan.
1.2 Pricing Information
- Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location and payment method
- Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees

- Special promotional pricing may be available for new or returning users
- All prices are final unless explicitly stated otherwise
1.3 Free Trial or Promotional Periods
If you access a free trial or promotional period:

- Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand

- To avoid charges, cancel before the promotional period ends
2. HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK
In Short: Once you subscribe, you receive immediate access to your chosen features. Your subscription remains active until you cancel it.
2.1 Subscription Activation
When you complete your subscription purchase:
- Your payment is processed immediately
- You receive instant access to all features included in your plan
- You will receive a confirmation email with your subscription details
- Your subscription period begins on the date of purchase
2.2 Access to Services
Upon subscription activation, you have immediate access to:
- All features included in your chosen plan
- Cloud storage for your data
- Access to Gram Fit's community features (if applicable)
- Regular app updates and improvements
- Customer support
2.3 Digital Content Delivery
Gram Fit delivers digital services and content immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- The service is considered fully performed once delivered
- You waive any right to withdraw once access is granted
- Digital content is for personal use only and is non-transferable
3. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
In Short: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel. Cancellation must occur before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
3.1 Renewal Process
- Your subscription automatically renews within 24 hours before your current billing period ends
- Renewal charges are applied to your payment method on file
- The same plan and price from your current period will apply unless you change your plan or pricing changes
- You will receive a renewal reminder before you are charged
3.2 Preventing Renewal Charges
To avoid being charged for your next billing period:
- Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date
- If you cancel within 24 hours of renewal, you may be charged
- Cancellation takes effect immediately, but you retain access until your current period ends
3.3 Plan Changes
You can change your subscription plan at any time:
- Upgrading to a higher tier: Your new plan takes effect immediately, with prorated billing adjustments
- Downgrading to a lower tier: Changes take effect on your next billing date
- Changes to your plan: will not result in refunds for the current billing period
4. CANCELLATION PROCESS
In Short: You can cancel anytime by contacting our support team via email. Cancellation takes effect immediately, but you keep access until your billing period ends.
4.1 Methods for Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription by contacting our support team via email:

4.2 Cancellation Confirmation
Upon successful cancellation:
- You will receive an immediate confirmation
- Your automatic renewal will be disabled
- You retain access to all paid features for the remainder of your billing period
- Your access terminates at the end of your current billing period
4.3 Important Note About App Deletion
Important: Deleting the Gram Fit app from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must explicitly cancel by contacting our support team via email at [email protected] to stop future charges.
4.4 Account Reactivation
If you cancel and wish to resubscribe:
- You can reactivate at any time with no penalties
- If you reactivate within 30 days, your previous account data is restored
- After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted per our retention policy
5. REFUND POLICY
In Short: You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase if you have not substantially used the service. After 14 days or if the service has been substantially used, refunds may be available for persistent technical defects or as required by law.
5.1 14-Day Refund Right
You have the right to request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial subscription purchase, subject to the usage limitations outlined below. This refund right applies to your first subscription purchase only and does not apply to subscription renewals.
Full Refund Eligibility (Within 14 Days):
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date if:
- You have not substantially used the service (defined as less than 7 sessions)
- You have not accessed premium features that require significant resources or personalization

Refund Limitations:
- If you have substantially used the service (7 or more sessions or accessed premium features), refunds within the 14-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Refunds may be denied if we determine that the service has been substantially consumed or if refund requests appear to be abusive or fraudulent
- After the 14-day period, standard refund policies apply (see Section 5.2)
After the 14-day period:
- All purchases of digital services and content through Gram Fit are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this policy
- By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital content and services are delivered immediately upon purchase
- The service is considered fully performed once access is granted
- All fees paid for your current subscription period are retained
5.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
14-Day Refund Right
You may be entitled to a full refund if you request it within fourteen (14) days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not substantially used the service (less than 7 sessions, no premium feature access). Refunds for users who have substantially used the service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be denied if the service has been substantially consumed.
Technical Defects
After the 14-day period, if you experience persistent technical difficulties that:
- Are solely attributable to Gram Fit's platform (not user-side factors)
- Significantly impair your ability to use core features
- Have not been resolved despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts
- Are documented with appropriate evidence (screenshots, error logs, etc.)
Mandatory Legal Requirements
Where applicable local laws require refunds beyond the 14-day period (such as EU consumer protection laws), we will comply with those requirements.
Discretionary Refunds
We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in limited cases, such as:
- Subscription plan errors or overcharges
- Duplicate charges
- Service suspension without cause
5.3 Refund Request Process

6. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND DEFECTS
In Short: We stand behind our service quality. If you experience persistent technical problems preventing normal use, contact us immediately.
6.1 Reporting Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties:
- Document the issue with screenshots or screen recordings
- Note the date, time, and circumstances of the problem
- Try troubleshooting steps (restart app, update, restart device)

7. PAYMENT METHODS

- You can update your payment method at any time through app settings
